Google loves bookmarks.

The big bad wolf of online searching eats bookmarks for breakfast. So, as an Internet marketer, it would be rude not to feed Google with a tasty chunk of bookmarks. Problem is that, in the process of bookmarking, Google also takes a bite at something extremely valuable; your time. There are several tools that can remedy this problem, but today I wish to present my personal favorite: bookmark generation. In the dark pits of his labs, Howie Schwartz has produced a tool that give you back your time.

What does it do?

In short, Bookmark Generation creates bookmark accounts and posts to them automatically.

Bookmark Generation has two modules: a bookmark account creator and a bookmark poster. These modules complement each other, and the booksmarks you create with the account creator are directly imported into the poster module.

Also realize that this software is hosted on a remote server. This means that you don’t actually have to install it on your computer. Even if your computer is off, the system keeps posting your bookmarks.

Let’s examine the two complementing modules in greater detail:

The Account Creator

This module can create bookmarking accounts with approximately 20 different bookmarketing services. When creating bookmarks, you choose how many accounts you want for each bookmarking service you select. Yes, this means that you could easily make 60 bookmarking accounts.

You also have the option of feeding the system with the keywords you want for your bookmark accounts (based on your niche). The only thing you have to do, is to fill in the catchpas for each account. You do not have to actually go to the bookmarking sites, everything is done automatically. You can even get the system to click on the verification mails you get. Great!

The Bookmark Poster

The purpose of this module is to post bookmarks to your accounts. It was a bit difficult at first to figure out how it worked, but when I did everything worked without a glitch. You choose how often you want your bookmark accounts to be updated and what the bookmarks actually contain (title, url, description and keywords). There are many other advanced features as well, but I won’t go in to all the details. The important message here is that this system actually works. The system posts your bookmarks religiously.

Do You Need Bookmark Generation?

I strongly recommend this tool, especially if you are a niche marketer who are constantly trying out new niches. If you have just one website that you work on, and doesn’t really care about all the web 2.0 craze, then you can just make your bookmarks manually or using a system such as Social Marker.

You can easily create 100 bookmark accounts that are optimized with your niches using bookmark generation. Also, these accounts are automatically added to your poster projects. If you understand the value of what I just said here, you know that this is a great system.
