This can be a very tedious task most of the time.I ran across web space hosting.com a few weeks ago, and thought I would test their services out to see if they are up to my high standards when it comes to web hosting providers.

I always start off with trying to contact a company by email and see how their response time is and also get a feel for the type of employees they have working for them.

Their reply back was actually very fast, I was surprised by the most part, and the lady that answered my questions seemed very nice and intelligent, this so far a huge plus for web space hosting.

Placing Order:

I placed my order and received my setup info within their time frame of 4 hours which I was happy with. I was amazed after logging into there hosting control panel to find a huge selection of tools they dont even have listed on there website.

The Ultimate Test

You’re probably thinking I'm off my rocker, but yes canceling my order and asking for a refund. I sent my cancel request. It did take a half a day for them to reply on this, but they did refund my money which again huge plus in my book.

Why should I test this way?
